Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to support our New South Title Services team. This role involves coordinating title searches, managing workflow with internal staff and external vendors, and ensuring the timely and accurate creation of title insurance products. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and administrative skills, capable of working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in legal, real estate, or title services is a plus, but not required. Primary Responsibilities Include: Assisting themanager with prioritizing and scheduling theworkload of thetitle search staff Coordinating with 3rd party title search companies to schedule and prioritize title searches Reviewing title work for processing Data input for processing title insurance products Creating title insurance products efficiently and promptly Monthly reporting
Position Requirements
Requirements: Prior legal, real estate, or title search/examination experience preferred but not required Excellent writing, proofreading, customer service, and communication skills Able to take direction and work independently Highly organized and detail-oriented Proficient in computer programs (Excel, Word, NitroPro) and able to learn various web-based systems Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus but not required Must be bondable and able to meet each state’s requirements for licensing as a title agent, including passing applicable exams Work hours are standard business hours 8:30am-5:30pm Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Location(s) Brock & Scott, PLLC - Wilmington, Brock & Scott, PLLC - Winston-Salem Shift Days This position is currently accepting applications.
