Advocates : Elevate the voices and experiences of women and girls of color to influence policy and sector-wide change with a justice lens.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Development Associate will manage the administrative and operational aspects of our growing annual giving program and donor database. Responsibilities include executing direct mail and email campaigns, online fundraising, social media efforts, reporting, list management, and donor relations. The Associate will collaborate closely with the Director of Development on major gifts, focusing on prospect research and stewardship. The key responsibilities are: Organize and maintain annual fund materials, communications, and data Implement consistent donor communications in partnership with the Development and Communications teams Ensure timely donor acknowledgments and thank-you letters Maintain an accurate donor database, tracking gifts and notes Support mid-major gifts activities, including prospect research, outreach, and acknowledgments Prepare monthly giving reports for the Development team COMPENSATION
Salary up to $50,000 with excellent benefits, including a 36-hour workweek.
