position in Atlanta, GA. This position is a 12-month+ contract which is expected to be On-site / Hybrid. Summary Client is seeking an experienced
Technical Project Manager
to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and IT projects for a 12-month on-site engagement in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary IT projects, with a focus on infrastructure, systems integration, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for complex IT and infrastructure initiatives. Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and external vendors. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Proactively identify project risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure consistent communication across all levels. Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and updates to executive sponsors, owners, and stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of project management experience in IT, with at least 3 years focused on infrastructure projects. Proven track record of managing large, complex IT environments and multi-million dollar initiatives. Ability to drive process improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
