Summary of Position:
The
Full Time Program Director
is responsible for the overall administration of the
Cullman County Program . This includes providing participant services, personnel management, and budget oversight.
The duties of the Program Director include, but are not limited to:
Ensuring all participant services meet contractual requirements and are authorized by referring or third-party payors.
Overseeing intake, developing individualized, strength-based service or treatment plans using the wraparound model.
Monitoring service delivery and implementing plan revisions as needed.
Recruiting, hiring, training, supervising staff, and ensuring qualifications meet requirements.
Providing staff development and facilitating meetings and training sessions.
Supporting staff in problem-solving and resource securing, developing discharge plans with community linkages.
Meeting all administrative, fiscal, and reporting deadlines.
Managing the program budget within set parameters.
Identifying opportunities for program growth and development.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Health and Human Services (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling).
At least one year of experience in a community-based agency, unless specific degree requirements apply.
Current state licensure (LSW or LPC).
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in computer use; experience with EHR systems is a plus.
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.
