GOALS for Autism, Inc. is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts. GOALS is an established Applied Behavior Analysis agency serving the San Francisco and Las Vegas areas for over 10 years. Supervise the implementation and integrity of treatment plans by the direct care team. Oversee treatment plan effectiveness, including assessments, scheduling community visits, observations, data collection, progress charting, and parent education. Provide feedback and training to BT staff, interns, mid-level supervisors, and parents in naturalistic settings. Conduct RBT competency assessments and supervise RBTs within BACB requirements. Meet monthly with the chief clinical officer to discuss client needs. Participate in company activities such as interviewing, job fairs, and training at least quarterly. Lead clinical supervisor meetings twice per year and present relevant research and updates. Requirements: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) OR At least three years of professional experience applying ABA methodologies, working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities in a multidisciplinary team setting.
