Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering insightful financial reports and analyses that guide company performance. Leading financial planning processes, including annual budgeting and long-term forecasting. Evaluating business performance metrics and capital expenditure proposals. Collaborating cross-functionally to align financial strategies with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess: At least 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or M&A, with a minimum of 5 years in FP&A. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; a Master's degree and CPA are highly preferred. Advanced skills in financial analysis and reporting with a solid grasp of budgeting principles. Proven experience in leading and mentoring FP&A teams to achieve collective goals. Familiarity with automated financial planning and reporting systems. Exceptional commercial acumen, attention to detail, and effective communication skills for presenting complex data.
