This crucial leadership role is designed for a strategic visionary with a strong history of financial integrity, operational excellence, and compliance expertise. The VP will oversee all accounting operations, global tax planning, and treasury functions, managing a diverse team of professionals. This will involve developing processes that support our international expansion and accelerate our SaaS revenue growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA required); Master's degree or MBA preferred Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in global accounting, tax, and treasury functions At least 5 years in an executive or senior leadership role Expertise in U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, internal controls (SOX), and public company reporting standards Comprehensive understanding of global tax strategies and cross-border compliance Proven track record in scaling finance functions within high-growth, enterprise SaaS environments Experience with IPO or public company readiness highly preferred Exceptional executive communication skills and presence with stakeholders The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, strategic foresight, and the ability to foster change while supporting complex decision-making processes.
