Active Secret About the Role: Join Guidehouse as a Navy Financial Management Liaison, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting mission sustainment initiatives within the Navy. In this dynamic position, you will facilitate financial planning and execution while focusing on budget formulation, program management, and financial analysis for several Navy weapon system acquisition programs. Your expertise will be essential in integrating engineering, logistics, configuration management, and IT into budgeting and financial management documentation. Ideal candidates will have experience in budget administration and resource allocation specific to weapon system acquisition and product support management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating and preparing the annual budget cycle, including schedules, briefings, and meetings for dedicated organization funding in FY26 and the FYDP.

Contribute to the preparation of external and internal deliverables for key stakeholders, including the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), Assistant Secretary of the Navy (ASN), and Congressional tasks.

Collaborate with Program Managers and Principal Acquisition Program Managers (PAPMs) to review and improve budgetary planning and execution documentation supporting weapon system operations.

Support efforts related to the POM-27/FY-27 budget submission as the transition occurs from the Navy Working Capital Fund to General Fund Activity under Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

Oversee management and execution of various appropriations, ensuring proper outfitting and spares allocation that leads to system transfer and delivery. Provide operational and maintenance (OMN) financial management support, including program support and Readiness Based Sparing modeling management across program offices.

What We Require: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of THREE (3) years of experience in financial management.

Familiarity with federal acquisition, logistics, and product support management processes.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Navy, particularly within Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

Experience in sustainment programs and acquisition roles.

Background in comptroller and operational programming functions.

Consulting experience is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00 - $163,000.00. Compensation will be based on various factors including skills, experience, security clearances, and organizational needs.
