We’re hiring a
Criminal Defense Trial Attorney
to join a firm built on justice, compassion, and fierce advocacy. You’ll carry your own caseload, handle serious matters with independence, and collaborate with a sharp, values-driven team that always puts people first.
Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base salary plus bonuses and custom incentives based on performance and self-generated cases Compensation:
$100,000 – $120,000 base salary plus bonuses & incentives Responsibilities:
Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
Conduct research and draft pleadings, briefs, and motions
Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
Get the appropriate legal documents ready for clients, such as brief, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence
Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks
Qualifications:
Successful completion of accredited law school with Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree with 2 years of related experience
Advanced computer skills working with legal research programs (Westlaw and Lexis) required
Must be a member of your local bar association - active member preferred
Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role
