In this key role, you will manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors, oversee the advancement team, and ensure that our fundraising initiatives align with institutional priorities and best practices. Your responsibilities will include: Building and nurturing relationships with major gift prospects. Collaborating with the Foundation Executive Director on effective donor stewardship. Creating innovative marketing initiatives to engage potential planned gift donors. Leading annual giving programs and developing strategies for higher-level annual gifts. Fostering meaningful connections with alumni. The ideal candidate will possess: A minimum of 7 years of experience in fundraising, specifically in major and planned gifts. A proven track record of securing significant philanthropic support. Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
