Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile
OB/LDRP/MedSurg RN
for a small, traveler-friendly critical access hospital. This role will primarily involve caring for MedSurg patients, but candidates must be fully capable of providing complete perinatal and L&D care when OB patients are admitted. On average, the facility handles 1 delivery per week. Key Responsibilities:
Provide bedside care for MedSurg patients Float to and manage labor and delivery cases when needed Deliver comprehensive perinatal care, including fetal monitoring and postnatal assessments Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for all patient types Document accurately in CPSI (training provided) Requirements:
Certifications Required:
BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring
Experience Preferred:
MedSurg and L&D experience required Telemetry and pediatric experience preferred (not mandatory)
