Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Location: Glendive, MT 59330 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day (3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical unit at Glendive Medical Center. This is an acute care RN role providing high-quality patient care in the Med/Surg setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to adult patients in the medical-surgical unit. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers. Document patient care accurately using the Cerner charting system. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license; Compact RN license preferred. Pending licenses accepted. Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred but not required. Cerner charting experience preferred. Ability to work 3 consecutive 12-hour day shifts. Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed). COVID-19 vaccine not required. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills. About HonorVet Technologies
