Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout the job
We build the groundwork for large developments, land restoration, and infrastructure projects that keep communities running. We've built a team that looks out for each other and takes pride in doing things the right way. Around here, it's not just about getting the job done well; it's about working with good people and creating an environment where effort is noticed, and progress is rewarded. We work hard to provide for our families because we believe strong families build strong communities.
How You'll Get To Contribute
As our business grows, so does our need for skilled Equipment Operators. Your role is crucial to the completion of our projects as you will run our cab and air excavators, dozers, loaders, scrapers, and motor graders.
What You'll Get To Do
Run heavy iron (CAT and CASE Ag) to move earth and shape job sites.
Prepare raw land for housing developments, commercial developments, flood protection, reclaim old mine sites, and infrastructure projects.
Install the water, sewer, and drainage systems that support entire subdivisions.
Keep sites safe and productive through skilled operation and machine care.
Get your hands dirty building something real and see the impact of your work decades down the road.
About You
You don't need a college degree or a perfect resume. Just a winning attitude, the ability to learn quickly, and a desire to help our team succeed.
When others complain, you stay scrappy and get it done.
You treat your rig like someone you're proud to care for, owning every detail so it can perform best and keep everyone safe.
You know a well-kept machine shows respect for the job, the crew, and the work that comes next, and we appreciate that.
You've run, inspected, and routinely maintained excavators, dozers, loaders, scrapers, and/or motor graders, and you love getting your hands dirty, helping the mechanics and welders with repairs.
You are legally authorized to work in the US and speak and understand English.
You have a valid driver's license.
Even Better, But Not Required
You have a CDL, knowledge of GPS machine control systems, experience operating an AG Tractor/Pull Scraper, or are bilingual.
What's In It For You
A Culture That Respects Your Craft
Operators don't always get the equipment they deserve, but not here. We know how frustrating mismatched brands, outdated gear, and open cabs can be. That's why we use standardized and trusted CAT construction and CASE Ag machines to make sure you have cabbed equipment that keeps you comfortable and safe.
We invest in technology that makes your job easier and lets you focus on doing your best work without limitations.
Work with leaders who trust your expertise. We welcome your input, value practical problem-solving, and give you the room to do what you do best.
Around here, you're not on your own. You've got a proactive team and a crew that always has your back.
