This full-time position offers 10-hour shifts, primarily from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with on-call requirements, including one weekend call every 4-6 weeks. Key Responsibilities: - Perform high-quality Computed Tomography (CT) scans in a busy trauma and cardiac facility.- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.- Maintain and operate Siemens Somatom Drives-256 slice equipment proficiently.- Conduct venipuncture as required.- Follow procedures for biopsies where required. Qualifications: - Must be ARRT CT certified with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Computed Tomography.- Must possess BLS certification.- Two years of experience as a registered radiology technologist is required.- Prior CT experience in a trauma/cardiac setting is preferred.- Familiarity with angiography and biopsy procedures is a plus, though not mandatory.- Successful candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
