7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 36 hours/week, every other weekend Contract Length:
13 weeks Facility Overview: Twin County Regional Hospital, a Duke LifePoint facility, is a 141-bed hospital serving the Galax, VA community since 1973. The hospital offers a wide range of services including cardiac rehab, emergency care, orthopedics, pain management, and surgery. The Behavioral Health unit provides specialized care for adults with psychiatric conditions. Unit Information: Department:

12 Patient Population:
Adults (common diagnoses include bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, and personality disorders) Nurse-to-Patient Ratio:
1:8 Equipment:
Telehealth, Med Machine, Dinamap, Emergency Response System EHR:
Paragon Requirements: Active RN license in Virginia Minimum 1–2 years RN experience (must include medical RN experience) BLS and CPI (or Handle with Care) certification Strong skills in de-escalation, assessment, delegation, and restraint protocols Ability to float as needed Preferred Experience: Non-behavioral health nursing background Prior Charge RN experience About Nationwide Therapy Group
