$1,990 - $2,130 per week Labor & Delivery RN Requirements
Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS (Basic Life Support) certification NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience Experience with Epic EMR and postpartum care required Ability to work rotating shifts and care for a diverse patient population Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages Monitor maternal and fetal health, promptly recognizing and responding to complications Assist physicians and midwives during labor and delivery procedures Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
