Job Description Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to evaluate, select, perform, and/or direct educational, vocational, and recreational activities aimed at restoring maximum function to physically and/or mentally disabled patients. This role is crucial in supporting patient recovery and is performed upon physician referral. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with families and health team members to understand each patient's abilities and set achievable goals.

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs to develop tailored therapeutic plans. - Implement and direct therapeutic interventions in educational, vocational, and recreational activities. - Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support the rehabilitation process. - Engage with patients and their families to provide guidance and support throughout treatment. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications: - Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an American Occupational Therapy Association accredited program. - Active or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Oregon. - Valid Oregon driver's license and current CPR certification.

Skills and Experience: - Up-to-date knowledge of occupational therapy practices relating to physical and mental health rehabilitation. - Strong understanding of team-based approaches and recognition of team members' skills and limitations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on positivity and teamwork.

Shift and Schedule: - 40 hours per week with 10-hour shifts.

Contract Duration: - 91 weeks
