In this crucial role, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, offering expert guidance on various HR initiatives to boost organizational effectiveness and performance. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing staffing, retention, and talent management initiatives. Driving organizational development and employee relations strategies. Establishing and maintaining robust labor relations strategies while ensuring compliance with all legal obligations. Proactively addressing labor and employee relations issues. To succeed, you should possess a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and have at least 7 years of HR experience, ideally within a high-volume atmosphere and a unionized environment. We value a proven track record in managing and developing HR teams, coupled with exceptional communication and leadership abilities. Your ability to influence and earn trust at all levels will be vital. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and the role requires high energy, strong attention to detail, and flexibility with working hours.
