Your Role & Impact As a Med Surg Neuro RN, you will deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with a variety of neurological and medical-surgical conditions. You'll be responsible for managing your patient caseload using telemetry monitoring, IV therapy, electronic health records, and medication administration systems. Your clinical expertise, critical thinking, and compassionate care will be essential in supporting positive patient outcomes in this fast-paced unit. You will benefit from a structured orientation program that includes hospital-wide onboarding and unit-specific training to help you transition smoothly into the role.
