Job Description

Share your passion as a Speech Language Pathologist in our Home Health Department. The Home Health Speech Language Pathologist reviews treatment orders and appropriate medical records and performs indicated evaluations with the patients. They will establish and implement treatment programs for the patient and may be assigned supervisory responsibilities for students and Home Health Aides. They can also be responsible for helping develop special programs and projects. As a Speech Language Pathologist with our Home Care team, you will evaluate and treat patients of all ages with communication, swallowing or associated disorders.

Schedule: Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks Monday- Friday | Flexible daytime hours typically around 8am-4:30pm No weekends, no holidays! Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at $37.46 per hour and increases with experience

Pay range: $35.85 - $53.77 per hour

Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program in speech pathology required. Certificate of Clinical Competence/Speech Pathology or its equivalent as awarded by the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) required. Successful completion of the Clinical Fellowship Year as per the standards of ASHA required. Knowledge of dysphasia evaluation and therapy and/or knowledge of child language development theory and therapy preferred. Current Minnesota Speech Pathology licensure required. A valid Minnesota driver's license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.

To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire. Relocation assistance requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the primary work location and relocate within 30 miles of the primary work location.
