Orthopedic Consulting Director

Summary: In this role, you will drive member value by providing insightful analytics and consulting advice that influence decision-making. You will have regional or health systems Advisory P&L responsibility while overseeing large, complex projects. Responsibilities: Plan and manage projects or work streams; make decisions about priorities, timing, scope, and resources to deliver expected value. Collect, utilize, and analyze data to present actionable insights for change. Conduct analyses on spend, clinical, operational, and performance improvement data. Create presentations with qualitative data and stakeholder inputs to drive performance improvements. Support and mentor senior consultants on member engagements, including research, data analysis, and storytelling. Support implementation of savings and transaction volume initiatives focusing on performance targets and operational goals. Facilitate and present at client meetings. Work in cross-functional teams within a matrix environment. Communicate effectively with sales, advisory leads, and project teams; develop relationships with members. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred; Master’s degree desired. 7+ years of relevant experience in clinical or healthcare settings required. Knowledge of Musculoskeletal market is desired. Understanding of project management methodologies preferred. Business and financial insight with the ability to quantify challenges and suggest solutions preferred. Experience working with C-Suite level required. Experience managing complex budgets and timelines preferred. Proficient in data and analytics. Ability to travel regularly to meet client needs. #IDS-Remote Estimated Hiring Range:
