Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 4-5 RN 2-3 PCT Night Shift – 4-5 RN 2-3 PCT

Patient Ratios – Med Surg 6:1 occasionally 7:1 ICU (typically more step down than ICU patients) 4:1 Type of equipment - EMR - Cerner Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ICU or Step Down/Progressive Care experience, At least 1 travel assignment prior Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. ICU experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Thoracentesis, Vents A lines Central lines Dressing changes
