Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Real Estate Attorney
with a minimum of
3 years of transactional experience
to join our client's growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior attorneys and partners on complex commercial real estate deals and land use matters. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, and closing documents. Manage real estate transactions from inception to closing, including conducting due diligence and coordinating with title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel. Advise clients on land use, zoning, permitting, and environmental regulatory compliance. Conduct legal research and draft opinion letters, development agreements, and related legal memoranda. Represent clients in public hearings before municipal boards and regulatory agencies. Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys in high-stakes development and investment projects. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school; active member in good standing with the
Florida Bar . Minimum
3 years of experience
in
commercial real estate law , ideally in a law firm setting. Strong working knowledge of Florida real estate laws, title and survey review, and closing procedures. Experience with zoning, permitting, or land use planning is highly preferred. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines with minimal supervision. Compensation : Based on experience
