Monitor and report on key performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Assist in the analysis of data to provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
Social Media Engagement
Manage social media accounts by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Participate in social media strategy development and community management to enhance brand engagement.
Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and audience preferences. Stay up to date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices to contribute fresh ideas.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating marketing events. Maintain organized records of marketing materials, campaign documentation, and analytics reports.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or in progress). Some experience in digital marketing or social media management is preferred. Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms. Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools).
