Overview Samba TV is seeking a Measurement Partner to support Brand & Agency teams by providing brand and consumer insights, audience measurement, campaign optimization, and strategic research support. This role is focused on reporting and performance evaluation of advertiser campaigns and contributing toward ad sales research initiatives.

What you'll do

Consult with clients on research design and implementation

Provide planned and proactive campaign-specific insights to drive business decisions and strategy

Lead multiple research studies at once and manage deliverables and timelines

Work with cross-functional teams to implement and execute studies

Communicate with brands and agencies to ensure all study materials are collected and implemented appropriately

Review and analyze large datasets

Work with Data Analysts and internal tools to ensure data output meets client objectives, timelines, and quality standards

Write and present reports directly to clients

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve research products and processes when necessary

Strategize with the Sales organization to scope research prior to sale

Support sales with the development of strong positioning stories to highlight the value of our audience, media, and measurement opportunities

Who you are

Experienced in leading and executing research studies

Enjoy analyzing data and solving problems

Can find and communicate the stories within the data

Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Able to visualize data in a way that makes it easy for others to understand

Interested in advertising media and able to add that context to your reporting

Can communicate effectively with internal and external clients via email, over the phone, and in-person

Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations

Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be a team player

Highly driven and excited to work with cutting-edge technology

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, marketing, statistics or related field

3-5 years of previous work in a client service or research role

Experience in digital or TV advertising research is a plus

Experience in TV and/or digital media is a plus

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Bonus: Knowledge of Ad Tech Industry, Media, Campaign Management, and Love TV

Samba TV expects to offer a base salary between $95,000 - $120,000 USD per year for roles to be performed in New York or California; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives and long-term incentives. In addition, Samba provides health insurance, wellness offerings, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), and other employee benefits.
