Your Role And Responsibilities Develop relationships with SAP VP’s, RVP's, GMs, and SAP AEs in the Midwest market unit. Identify and progress opportunities in the region. Drive Executive and Field Alignment by supporting top meetings, quarterly region and solution GM meetings, and AE/VP alignment. Facilitate Industry and PSO Alignment by coordinating SAP IVE resources with IBM industry resources and aligning SAP Professional Services with GBS. Lead GTM initiatives, including defining programs, approaches, target setting, and tracking. Support SAP field enablement with current solution and partnership information, as well as training opportunities. Ensure proper tagging for IBM Services in the JPR SAP system. Ensure client/prospect interaction and attendance at major SAP & IBM events. Provide sales guidance to NA GBS leader, NA SAP GM, sector/industry leadership, and global leadership as needed, sharing insights on what’s working in the region. Collaborate with Client teams and Alliances to develop references, Win Wires, and go-live announcements for internal and SAP reference programs. Support marketing strategies, event prioritization, and collateral development. Identify issues and manage escalations. Comply with IBM sales reporting requirements. Minimum 4 years of prior sales experience required. Bachelor's degree required. Tailor go-to-market offerings and materials for the Midwest market unit. Engage with IBM and SAP DSA and GTM teams for pipeline governance in your region. This job can be performed from anywhere in the US - Midwest Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Required Technical and Professional Skills The candidate must possess a mix of technical, interpersonal, and strategic selling skills to drive growth, build relationships, and effectively represent IBM Consulting. Skills include prospecting, lead generation, consultative selling, relationship building, negotiation, product knowledge, communication, strategic planning, resilience, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
