Senior Associates, Associate Managers & Managers
Responsibilities
Work on financial and accounting projects for Fortune 1000 and other large companies, including IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, and carve-outs.
Broaden skill sets in accounting and finance to enhance marketability and support career advancement.
Meet client expectations with high energy, flexibility, and the ability to deliver value quickly.
Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients, firm leadership, and peers.
Collaborate as a team player and participate in the growth of the local office and the Firm overall.

Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
External auditors from large CPA firms with 2+ years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior.
Candidates with combined external audit and corporate accounting/finance experience at a large public corporation are considered.
CPA or progression toward CPA is preferred.
Corporate accounting and/or finance experience at a large public corporation is a plus but not required.
Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills with knowledge of GAAP and FASB standards.
Strong computer skills; advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables) desirable.
Demonstrated career progression and job stability.
