YOUR IMPACT:
Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals Incorporate product knowledge into the sales process to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value Adhere to all company policies Capture relevant customer information for database entry Promote store events via email, phone, and personalized notes Maintain and expand a client book Follow up on shipping, alterations, or other client-related issues Assist with store housekeeping and image maintenance Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education:
Business School, University, or equivalent experience Experience:
Minimum 3 years in retail, preferably in luxury sales Computer literate; able to learn various software packages Clients with established client books are highly preferred Passion for luxury products and design Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software Customer service-oriented Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Languages:
Foreign language skills are a plus OTHER INFORMATION
