Overview We are seeking a Principal Technical Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for Rovo, Atlassian’s innovative AI product. This influential role is ideal for a technically-savvy marketing leader passionate about driving AI adoption. You will define strategies that resonate with developers, technical teams, and decision-makers—shaping perception, fostering innovation, and championing Rovo across global markets. As a public-facing evangelist, you will lead thought leadership, influence stakeholders, and represent Atlassian AI across channels and communities. Additionally, you will serve as a key voice for AI within Atlassian’s broader portfolio. Deep Product Expertise & Strategy Influence:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of Rovo’s architecture, use cases, and roadmap. Act as a bridge between Product and Marketing to inform product direction, positioning, and launch strategies. Content Development:

Create technical and business content, including solution briefs, use cases, launch assets, demos, enablement decks, blogs, and event materials to educate and inspire adoption. Thought Leadership & Evangelism:

Represent Atlassian AI through blogs, webinars, events, and speaking engagements. Collaborate with Developer Relations and Product teams to build credibility and foster community engagement. Customer and Market Insights:

Monitor AI market trends, customer needs, and competitors. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Product Management, Sales Engineering, Design, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience. Customer Advocacy:

Build relationships with early adopters and community influencers to gather testimonials, case studies, and social proof. Positioning & GTM:

Craft clear, differentiated positioning for Rovo, ensuring consistency across channels. Identify market opportunities and tailor messaging for target audiences.
