Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Qualifications & Skills At least 5 years of experience -- major law firm experience and prior in-house experience preferred.Strong client counseling and advertising/food law experience, with Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and business judgment with a capacity to make timely decisions and give reasoned, competent advice that demonstrates an understanding of overall business objectives and the risks/rewards of each situation. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate (both orally and in written form) effectively with senior business leaders and other professionals and colleagues at all levels of an organization while utilizing excellent business and legal judgment in complex situations. * Efficient, confident, pro-active, attentive to detail, reliable, service-oriented, self-starting, with impeccable integrity and willingness to learn.The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget.
