What You will Do:
Lead and Grow
– Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction
Drive Performance
– Establish and exceed revenue, profitability, and customer service goals
Develop Talent
– Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams across sales, service, and operations
Customer-Centric Focus
– Ensure an outstanding customer experience that builds brand loyalty and long-term success
Financial Oversight
– Manage budgets, P&L statements, and key performance metrics

What We are Looking For:
Proven Leadership
– Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong Business Acumen
– Experience managing a P&L, driving sales growth, and optimizing operations

– Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
