ByteDance . Responsibilities: Work alongside developers and stakeholders to automate acceptance criteria. Build robust, high-quality test automation solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing. Participate in PRD review and architectural design review, understanding business logic and system architecture. Automate test cases and develop reusable scripts/tools to reduce repetitive efforts. Identify efficiency bottlenecks and improve processes, tools, and frameworks. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. Understanding of testing frameworks, networking, databases, and algorithms. Hands-on development/coding experience and system design knowledge. Strong self-motivation and quick learning ability. Effective multitasking and work efficiency. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in software engineering/QA/testing from internships, work, competitions, or publications. Curiosity about new technologies and entrepreneurship. Creativity and problem-solving skills. Team player comfortable in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
