Overview

Hill International is seeking a Project Engineer to join our onsite CM team who is constructing a large industrial facility at Sparrows Point in Baltimore, Maryland Responsibilities

Assist in defining project scope, schedule, and budget, developing detailed implementation plans, and ensuring thorough documentation and communication to meet project objectives on time and within budget Assist in serving as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, arranging and participating in meetings, documenting decisions and stakeholder concerns Administer Quality Assurance process, and support contractor’s quality control protocols Prepare and maintain critical project documentation, including generation of reports Support coordination with key stakeholders and help ensure submission and quality of deliverables; monitor project progress and identify potential issues Administer submittals, RFIs, and potential change orders Other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and/or client staff Qualifications

Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience Four-year college degree is preferred in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management On-site experience with large civil infrastructure type projects Industry credentials preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with standard office software and construction management tools Experience with commercial or industrial construction projects is a plus Must work full-time on-site in Baltimore, MD Benefits
