The Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility for: Directing the daily operations of a restaurant Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including: product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability Ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer Other duties as required or assigned Qualifications

Minimum of six months Popeyes managerial experience or one year of General Manager experience with another concept, or be recommended by the current Area Manager. Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to calculate and analyze data; demonstrated leadership; and the ability to communicate with all levels. Ability to interpret Profit and Loss Statements and to be computer literate. Seniority level
