They use the systems and processes in place to maximize our profits, satisfy our guests, and develop our teams. This position reports to the District Manager. Responsibilities
Lead daily restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit goals. Drive guest satisfaction and maintain quality and service standards. Develop and manage team performance, staffing, training, and compliance with policies. Utilize systems and processes to maximize profitability and efficiency. Collaborate with the District Manager to implement company initiatives. Qualifications
Minimum two years of management experience High school education Quick Service Restaurant experience required Valid Driver's License Seniority level
