Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation. Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the legal process. Stay current on legal developments and changes in employment law and civil litigation. Provide legal guidance and counsel to clients on a wide range of employment law issues. Represent clients in trials, whether jury or bench trials, and navigate the courtroom with confidence. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation with a focus on employment law, including wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and discrimination cases. Strong experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. Proven ability to take depositions, handle court hearings, and negotiate settlements. Experience representing clients in employment-related litigation matters. Strong client communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Knowledge of current legal trends and developments in employment law and civil litigation. Trial experience is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with senior attorneys and the team. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Licensed to practice law in the state of California. Skills: Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
