Resolves escalated Tier-3 incidents, provides deployment support, and assists in operational transitions.
Qualifications
ITIL Intermediate
Troubleshooting Expertise
Possesses 4+ years of directly-related professional work experience with an Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field (such as: Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, Data Science); or possesses an advanced degree in a related field and 4+ years of directly-related professional work experience.
