Web CRO - Conversion Rate Optimization Consultant (Onsite – Newark CA; Rate - 90$ per hour) Responsibilities

Website & Funnel Analysis Analyse user behaviour through tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar Evaluate existing conversion funnels and identify drop-off points. Conduct heuristic evaluations and usability audits. A/B & Multivariate Testing Design, run, and analyse A/B or multivariate tests to compare different web page versions. User Research & Feedback Collect qualitative data via surveys, interviews, and on-site feedback. Analyse customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities. UX/UI Recommendations Provide actionable insights on improving layout, design, messaging, and user experience. Collaborate with designers and developers to implement changes. Data-Driven Strategy Develop conversion strategies tailored to business goals. Create reports that clearly show test results, findings, and ROI. SEO & Landing Page Optimization Ensure optimized landing pages for both paid and organic traffic. Collaborate with SEO and PPC teams to align traffic strategies with CRO goals. Tool Implementation & Management Implement tracking tools like GTM (Google Tag Manager), heatmaps, and event tracking. Ensure data integrity and tracking accuracy. Skills & Tools Commonly Required

Google Analytics / GA4 CRO platforms (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize) UX tools HTML/CSS basics (to work with devs) A/B testing methodologies Copywriting & persuasion psychology knowledge Seniority level
