will lead the design and development of new single-use devices and accessories, ensuring integration of mechanical systems with vision, sensors, and software. Responsibilities

Lead technical and cross-functional teams Maintain design control processes Create prototypes Conduct feasibility studies and testing Perform root cause analysis Define qualification strategies Translate customer requirements into design and verification activities Use SolidWorks for design Generate intellectual property Communicate project progress to stakeholders Develop test methods and protocols Coordinate supplier and external testing activities Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering with 10+ years medical device experience, or an advanced degree with 9+ years experience Knowledge of medical device regulations (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820) Leadership and mentorship experience Proficiency in SolidWorks Design for manufacturability Tolerance stack analysis and GD&T Experience in injection molding Experience with electromechanical sub-systems, catheter and endoscope construction, and fluidics Experience with simulations (CFD, FEA) Design of experiments Commercialization experience Location and Travel

Based in Pleasanton, CA with less than 10% travel. Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $160,000–$180,000; stock options; benefits including 401(k), healthcare, and paid time off. Equal Opportunity
