Overview Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

Responsibilities

Build, assess, and develop a high-performing Compensation team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Design and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline Total Rewards processes and enhance service delivery.

Evaluate and optimize data architecture within Workday, ensuring data integrity and reliability for compensation and other Total Rewards programs.

Re-engineer existing workflows, including job service catalog development and job delivery processes.

Conduct comprehensive reviews of all Compensation tools and analyses to ensure alignment with business needs and provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with leadership to align Total Rewards strategies with organizational objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.

Support executive management with compensation committee materials and preparation.

Manage equity programs, ensuring legal, financial, and system compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards.

Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams.

Expertise in Workday, particularly compensation modules, and experience with other relevant Total Rewards tools and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.

Proven ability to drive process improvement and implement change management initiatives.

Successfully implement and execute programs that can scale across the organization.

Critical thinking to problem solve in a fast paced and ambiguous environment.

Experience with a growing Manufacturing population.

This role is required to be onsite, with flexibility.

Bonus Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.

International Total Rewards experience is a plus.

Experience in building data architecture within Workday.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in implementing and managing compensation tools within Workday.

Experience building out data analysis and tools.

Compensation and Employment Details For this position Archer targets a base pay between $244,800.00 - $269,280.00. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
