Develop scalable, high-performance backend services for ad serving and data processing systems. Contribute to the implementation and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and automation testing frameworks. Take ownership of technical components and support project execution under the guidance of technical leads. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end ad tech solutions that meet business and performance goals. Utilize AI tools to improve software engineering quality, efficiency, and processes. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and share insights with the team to support continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring

3-5 years of professional software engineering experience. Experience in cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., C++, C#, Python). Knowledge of CI/CD, automation testing, and modern DevOps practices. Experience in Agile or Scrum environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. The annual salary range for this position is $99,000.00-$198,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock. Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Preferred Qualifications
