Job Overview: A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Phoenix office. This position offers the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized practice group focused on complex corporate restructurings, Chapter 11 bankruptcies, and creditors' rights matters. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, particularly in representing stakeholders in business bankruptcies and distressed asset matters.
