ProSidian Seeks a Education Grant Policy Consultant (AER10) located: CONUS - Atlanta, GA, San Francisco, CA, Austin, TX, Chicago, IL, Washington D.C. (Remote) to provide Education and Academia Sector related Management and Operations Solutions for Logistical Support for Adult Education Reform Services on behalf of The Department of Education (DoEd). These services are considered part of the ProSidian Education, And Academia Sector Group with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support an engagement for DOED under NAICS Code: 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services for The Department of Education with service(s) also characterized as Provide facilitation services for meetings Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and guidance on education grant policy and related issues Monitor grant opportunities and trends in education funding Analyze complex grant policies and make recommendations for improvement Develop and implement grant solutions to address education challenges Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective grant strategies Conduct research and analysis on education grant policy and related issues Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations on education grant policy topics Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Education Grant Policy Consultant AER10 Key Personnel Program Manager Exempt 874-1 Consultant Candidates: Requirements : A Master s degree in Education Policy Public Policy or a related field At least 7 years of experience in education grant policy with a deep understanding of the grant application and review processes Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced deadline driven environment Experience in grant development and implementation Knowledge of education grant policy issues at the federal state and local levels EEO Statement
