Engagement and Role Details Executive Assistant — Professional and Administrative Support Services [DOE-PASS957962]. This is a full-time, exempt contract-contingent engagement located CONUS across the Southeastern Region, supporting Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Headquarters Procurement Services (MA-64) in collaboration with GSA. This engagement may convert to a full-time W-2 position at ProSidian.
Seeking Executive Assistant candidates with Environmental Management Sector experience to support professional services engagements for Environmental Management Sector clients such as DOE-PASS.
Job Overview Provide Professional and Administrative Support Services (Executive Assistant) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Program/Project Management Solutions for clients such as DOE-PASS (MA-64). Location primarily in CONUS—United States, with emphasis in the Southeastern Region.
Responsibilities and Duties
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules, tasks, and workflows.
Proficiency in preparing professional-quality documents, presentations, and reports.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling and project management tools.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to draft correspondence and interact effectively with diverse audiences.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive approach to identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in executive or administrative support, preferably in a high-demand, senior-level environment.
Experience with event planning, scheduling, and managing confidential tasks is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ancillary Details
