Position SummaryProvide customer service, to include order entry, order assistance, and web site support, via web chat, phone calls, or internal communication.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support via web chat, phone and/or emailAssist in the preparation of reports and recording keeping regarding E-Commerce sales.Assist sales representative in expediting and follow-up of orders.Assist with incoming customer calls by directing them to the appropriate individual or department needed to resolve problems or complaints.Provide support to the sales staff in its effort to give customers the best possible quality and service.Quality Responsibility: Responsible for providing error-free work to all internal and external customers as related to the output of their position.
