As a Software Engineer at ConductorOne, you will be responsible for building the future of identity security automation. Key Responsibilities Leading and contributing to software development projects Maximizing re-usability through component-based development Owning end to end development of new features and capabilities on existing product lines Helping the team deliver software on time and on target Evaluating and effectively communicating trade-offs for technical investments vs time to value on significant efforts Collaborating with product, design, marketing, and other developers on cross functionality projects Ensure consistent quality and delivery of feature functionality personally and throughout the team
Qualifications
Have extensive experience with Go and in developing software Can take product concepts from high fidelity design and specs to implementation Loves shipping product every day Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment Is focused on customer success and strikes the right balance of technical investment vs time to value Enjoys collaborating across product, design, and engineering on development Is aligned to our company values: Earn the Customers Trust, Embrace Change, Practice Compassionate Candor, and Be the Conductor.
