Job Summary The Events Manager at

Mobily LLC

will take full ownership of developing, executing, and overseeing all sales-related events for the organization. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives on accountability, excels at coaching teams, and can translate strategic plans into measurable business outcomes. The Events Manager will be responsible for building scalable event strategies, ensuring flawless execution, and holding the team accountable for driving results that directly fuel company growth. In addition, this role will oversee the development of event plan support for the entire organization, ensuring consistency and alignment across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Development Design and implement a comprehensive events strategy aligned with Mobily's sales and growth objectives. Develop and manage

organization-wide event plans

that provide structure, resources, and playbooks for every market. Build scalable frameworks for recurring events, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and ROI. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Retail Operations to align event initiatives with broader business goals. Define success metrics and dashboards to measure event effectiveness, lead conversion, and revenue impact. Leadership & Accountability

Lead, coach, and develop the Events Lead(s) and field teams to deliver world-class event execution. Hold event teams accountable for performance, execution standards, and customer engagement outcomes. Establish and enforce event playbooks and best practices, ensuring repeatable success across markets. Provide ongoing training and mentoring to ensure teams maximize lead generation and sales at events. Execution & Oversight

Own all aspects of event execution-from concept to follow-up-including vendor management, logistics, staffing, and post-event reporting. Ensure all events are executed on-time, within budget, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Serve as the primary escalation point for on-site issues, ensuring quick resolution and seamless delivery. Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure events directly contribute to

Postpaid Voice Gross Add growth, AT&T Fiber Internet growth, and AT&T Internet Air growth . Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Track and analyze key event KPIs (leads generated, conversions, sales impact, and customer feedback). Deliver post-event reports and actionable recommendations to executive leadership. Qualifications

Qualifications

5 years of experience

managing large-scale events, preferably in retail, telecom, or consumer technology. Proven ability to develop

enterprise-level event plans

and lead high-performing teams with accountability. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering measurable results. Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication abilities. Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce preferred). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high growth expectations. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Performance Expectations

Postpaid Voice Gross Adds

generated from events. AT&T Fiber Internet subscriber growth

tied to event activations. AT&T Internet Air adoption and sales growth

from event performance. Successful development and rollout of event planning support

across the organization, ensuring consistency and alignment at all levels. Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods during events. Ability to lift and transport event materials and equipment. Ability to travel frequently by car and air to support organizational events. Driving & Compliance Requirements

Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record (MVR check required). Must maintain

active personal auto insurance

meeting company minimum requirements. Must be able to regularly drive to and from event locations, stores, and regional meetings as part of the role.
