Our team is pioneering new approaches to satellite power, scalability, and mission efficiency, with technology built to reduce costs, increase precision, and enable the future of space infrastructure. We combine deep technical expertise with a culture of collaboration, creativity, and rapid iteration to bring disruptive solutions to the space industry. Job Duties Design, develop, and validate power systems for spacecraft, including solar arrays, battery packs, and power distribution units. Create and test circuit designs to meet strict requirements for reliability, efficiency, and robustness in space environments. Lead schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware fabrication using tools such as Altium or KiCAD. Support system-level integration and troubleshooting during spacecraft assembly, integration, and testing (AIT). Perform modeling, simulation, and analysis of power systems using SPICE, MATLAB, or similar tools. Contribute to spacecraft power budgets, MPPT algorithm development, and distribution architecture design. Conduct environmental testing and qualification processes for space-grade hardware. Collaborate across mechanical, systems, and software teams to ensure seamless integration of power subsystems. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 4+ years of experience in power system design for aerospace, high-voltage electronics, or related industries. Proven expertise in solar, battery, and power distribution design. Hands-on experience with circuit design, simulation, and prototyping. Proficiency in schematic capture, PCB layout, and fabrication workflows. Strong understanding of spacecraft power systems and modeling practices. Familiarity with environmental qualification and testing for aerospace hardware. Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, e-loads, power supplies, etc.). Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment with strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience Knowledge of radiation effects, thermal cycling, and reliability engineering. Experience writing test scripts and analysis in Python or similar languages. Exposure to advanced spacecraft power management systems.
