Magikid Robotics Lab Fremont offers comprehensive K-12 robotics courses in engineering, AI programming, humanoid robots, drones, web design, and game development. Our project-based learning approach fosters curiosity and problem-solving skills among students. We provide group and private lessons, competition team training, and camp courses to cater to various learning needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Fremont, CA. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the effective delivery of our robotics courses. Responsibilities include planning and implementing educational programs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for marketing initiatives, community outreach, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Qualifications Leadership and Management skills Experience in Education and Curriculum Development Marketing and Community Outreach skills Financial Management and Budgeting skills Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Familiarity with Robotics and STEM Education is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field Seniority level
