Position Overview The Client Manager is at the forefront of our Lockton Northeast Client Engagement strategy. They are responsible for the day-to-day servicing needs of Clients within the Lockton Northeast Construction platform, under the guidance of the Construction Team Leader, Account Executive, and/or Senior Client Manager. Responsibilities include marketing, placement, servicing of insurance lines, and executing administrative and service tasks. The Associate must be familiar with Lockton Northeast resources, policies, procedures, and ensure compliance. The Client Manager will participate in the Lockton Northeast Career Advancement Program for ongoing career development. A high-performing Client Manager will deliver transactional excellence and exceptional customer service. Core Responsibilities Support Team Leader, Account Executive or Senior Client Manager on complex clients Own service delivery and renewal process on designated book of business Respond to Client inquiries, document communications and resolutions Provide client service aligned with Lockton Northeast processes and strategies Support implementation of new coverage lines, gather documentation, review program details Gather exposure information from the Client Request quotes, prepare analysis, interpret coverage and financial terms Audit quotes, binders, endorsements, and request changes Process audits and create analysis for clients Lead meetings with clients, prepared, consults with underwriters, and offers solutions Update and complete policy checks, build coverage specifications, inform clients of changes Gather information for new business, generate presentation materials Create compliance communications, leverage analytics for decision-making Work with TSA on invoices, certificates, and auto ID cards Conduct complex contract reviews, resolve accounting issues Participate in strategic projects, research industry trends and regulations Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum four years of Property and Casualty insurance or broking experience Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work outside normal hours and travel as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office Legal ability to work in the US
